IFF Inc. has Unsurpassed Professional Flight Planning!! Our Ferry Pilots and Flight Planning Specialists use modern up to date flight planning software provided by Jeppesen. We use Flitestar/Flitemap Corporate and Jeppview with Worldwide IFR Charts. Jeppesen Flitestar/Flitemap software provides our ferry pilots and flight planning specialists with the most accurate routing data overlaid with jeppesens low level oceanic weather data. Accurate weather helps our ferry pilots reduce unnecessary risks, helps find the best route, reduced costs, and helps prevent unnecessary delays. The Jeppview software provides our pilots with current IFR Charts & up to date IFR Approach Plates and Diagrams for most any airport worldwide.

We ask that you plan your aircraft ferry as far ahead as possible but usually no more than about 60 days. To secure a Ferry Pilot for you requested or next available aircraft pickup date a retainer is required to hold a date on our schedule. Please place all deposits no less than 14 days from proposed aircraft pickup date. The balance of the cost proposal is due prior to departure unless other arrangements have been made. This makes everything easier for all parties involved.

Our Worldwide Aircraft Ferry Service Cost Proposals Always Include, Pick Up, Checkout, Aircraft Fuel & Oil, Test Flight Time "Used Aircraft" or Engine Break-In Time for "New Aircraft", Flight Crew Fees And Per-Diem, Flight Crew Transportation On Ground & Airline, FAA FAR 23.561 Approved Long Range Tanking (If Required or Requested), Enroute Charts & Approach Plates (Trip Kit), Long Range Navigation Aid (Portable GPS), Sat Phone Charges For Oceanic ATC Communications Up To 60 Minutes, Any Required Temporary H. F. Communication & Antenna, All Safety and Survival Equipment For Flight Crew, Approvals For Over Flight And Landing, Parking and Landing Fee's, Ground Handing Service Fee's, Export Customs Declarations, Enroute Customs Fee's, Delays Of Up To 5 Days Due To Weather, Mechanical, or Customs.

Aircraft Ferry Service Cost Proposals May Not Include, Shipment Of Aircraft Interior, Agency Billed Enroute Airway Charges And Usage Fee's (Oceanic, Euro, African, Canada Nav Fees) These Fee's Are Billed Directly From Controlling Agency To You The Owner Of The Aircraft, Cell Phone Voice/Data Usage Fees, Export Annual or 100 Hour Inspection, The Export Certificate Of Airworthiness For The Country Of Destination, We try to include everything so if something is noted in the quotation as not Included it means there is some variable such as shipping weight that we cannot estimate untill we have the actual numbers.

Aircraft Ferry Service Cost Proposals Including Our All Inclusive Flat Rate Service Never Include, Hull Insurance, Import Documents, Arrival Fee's & Taxes, Mechanical Repairs, Ferry Tank Removal Costs, Third Party Billed Items. There is no way we can estimate the costs of these items. If there is a mechanical issue and parts are needed we have wholesale accounts with many of the suppliers to obtain the parts fast and at a discount.

International ferry flights Can work with the aircraft buyer/seller and help arrange the Annual Inspection and The Export Certificate Of Airworthiness For The Destination Country.

Ferry Tanks,

Aircraft with a standard range of 750 or more nautical miles can cross the North Atlantic without any auxiliary tanking. Ferry Flights to certain parts of the world such as "Africa" "Hawaii" "Japan" "Australia" or other international ferry routes where Avgas is in short supply or completely unavailable for vast distances auxiliary tanking will be required. If your aircraft requires or you elect to install auxiliary tanking also known as "ferry tanking" we have facilities available on the east and west coast of the United States to handle your auxiliary ferry tanking needs.

Some flights where auxiliary tanking may not be required you may choose to add a ferry tank to save time, fuel costs, landing fees, and ground handling fees. Every ferry tank installed and used by International Ferry Flights are 100% FAA approved. Our ferry tanks are installed by certified FAA mechanics and engineers, will have all the proper FAA paperwork and over gross authority usually 125-130%.

Ferry tanking an aircraft for long range flight will not damage the airplane neither will it cause any depreciation of your airplanes value.

U.S. Domestic Ferry Flights, Includes Mexico & Canada

All U.S. Domestic Ferry Flights Are Billed a Flat Rate or Daily Ferry Pilot Fee + Actual Expenses "Transportation On Ground And Airline, Aircraft Fuel & Oil, Hotel, Meals & Incidentals, Etc. " In general Meals & Incidentals are billed at the standard Domestic GSA M&IE rates.

Worldwide Aircraft Delivery's U.S. Domestic Flat Rate System: "Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, American Samoa, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, And Northern Mariana Islands"

Our Domestic Flat Ferry Pilot Rates are based upon $250.00 a day "Single Engine" or $350.00 a day "Multi-Engine" + Expenses. (1 Day = 8 Hours Flight Time).

Example: An east coast to west coast Single Engine ferry flight planned using our model aircraft of the one to be ferried in Jeppesen FliteStar using Airways give us 22 hours flight time with "0" wind. This would be $750.00 Flat Rate Pilot Labor + Actual Expenses regardless if it takes 2 days or 5 day's. or 35 hours flight time.

For the excluded areas listed above, International Ferry Flights will give you a flat rate pilot labor and an estimate expenses.

Deposits:

All Domestic Ferry Flights: IFF Inc. Will require a Deposit of the estimated expenses to retain our ferry pilots services. Any Ferry Pilot fee's and any expenses that may have exceeded our initial estimate are due at time of aircraft delivery.

All International Ferry Flights: IFF Inc. Will require a Deposit of the estimated expenses including ferry pilot labor to retain our ferry pilots services.

Some Ferry Flights may require funds while enroute for any unforeseen expenses such as a mechanical breakdown or inclement weather.
